Baldwin Beach is located next to Baby Beach, a protected cove with waveless shallow waters perfect for mothers and young children. 
Both beaches are uncrowded with easy parking and are two of Maui's most extraordinary beaches.

The downstairs living area offers abundant views of the ocean,
spacious swimming pool and  lushly landscaped tropical flowers and trees.

  • Adjoining the ocean view kitchen (done in rich mauve granite, and burgundy/cherry cabinetry) is the Great room with dining for 11, as well as outdoor dining for 14 on the patio and the poolside pavilion. There are twelve lounge chairs by the pool and patio. Pool floats and children's pool toys are provided.
 
 

 

Description of Suites and Living Areas

  • The Villa Pacifica accommodates families up to 12 adults plus a few small children.

  • Master Ocean View Suite with en-suite bath, double sinks, jetted spa with ocean view, water closet plus bidet, 5-star hotel bath amenities, private balcony leading to pool and garden. King bed, 600-thread count sheets, down pillows, robes, CD stereo, fresh flowers.

  • Second Ocean View Bedroom/Bath Suite with Queen bed, private balcony leading to pool and garden,40" flat screen TV/DVD, same quality linens, robes, and bath amenities, private bath.

  • Third Ocean View Bedroom with private balcony leading to pool and garden, Ralph Lauren 4-poster carved King bed with same high-quality linens, pillows, robes, CD stereo, fresh flowers, shared bath.

  • Fourth Garden View Bedroom larger room with shared bath, Queen bed, TV/DVD player, same robes, amenities, flat screen, shared bath.
  • Fifth Ocean View Bedroom , Queen bed, smaller bedroom, same robes and amenities, half bath.
  • The Ocean View Recreation Room downstairs poolside, 900 square foot room with TV/DVD, stereo CD player, sitting room with media cabinet, wet bar, dining table.
  • There is also a day bed in the living room. There is room for a crib in the two largest upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs Recreatation Room.
 

 

Property Information

  1. The bedding configuration at Villa Pacifica is as follows:
    · 2 Kings
    · 3 Queens
    · 1 Twin
    All special bedding requests may incur extra charge.
  2. All sheets are fine hotel quality, 450-600 thread count; all pillows are pure 100% Goose Down (Quallofil pillows available upon request).
  3. The pool is large; approximately 35 ft long x 15 ft wide. The deep end is approximately 1/3 of the pool, and there are steps into the shallow end. Pool is cleaned weekly. 
  4. Poolside has a free standing spa for 8-10 persons.
  5. Cleanings of spa and pool are once weekly, and are included in the rate. More frequent cleanings requested by Occupants will incur additional fee.
  6. Garage contains owner's belongings; therefore, garage is not available for guests. There is a covered porte cochere for cars and on-site parking for 4 cars.
